1) We have our delivery vans and delivery boys to deliver the items at the doorstep so It is hand delivery.

2) Our normal delivery hours start from 6 am till 10 pm

3) Same day delivery is available however the customer has to take prior confirmation before placing the order on bookmyballoons.in for same-day delivery.

4) Normally for same-day delivery you have to order before 9 am IST.

5) Sometimes on public holidays or due to strike delivery may not be possible however we run small information links on our website top of the home page. In this case, bookmyballoons.in has full rights to reschedule the delivery at the next available date.

6) If you wish to change the delivery address you have to inform us by email only at info@theshowmakers.in at least one day before the delivery date. Same-day changes won’t be accepted.

7) We will attempt the delivery once only and order will be treated as delivered in the following cases

• If the address is wrong
• If the receiver is not available or the door is locked.
• If the receiver contact no. is wrong, not reachable, not answering, switched off, not responding properly.
• If the receiver refuses to accept the delivery.
• Delivered at the doorsteps, gate, mailbox, and neighbor.

8) We take the signature of the receiver at the time of delivery for the good condition of the stuff and delivery confirmation will be sent to you by email.

9) By signing on delivery slip it is proof that stuff is good and receiver accepted after that no complaint should be made by you.

10) Delivery charges are depending upon delivery city delivery address. For some cities, we have free delivery as well. You will come to know the charges while placing the order.
